The drill programme follows ISO 45001:2018 §8.2 (emergency preparedness & response), ISO 22398:2013 (guidelines for exercises), OSHA 29 CFR 1910.38 (emergency action plans) and NFPA 101 (evacuation drills). Every drill is timed, debriefed (hot wash) and closed out with lessons learned and corrective actions — each department plans and reports its own drills.
