When enabled, a Billing tab lets you bill medical visits and issued drugs. Each employee's Insurance Coverage (%) (Medical Profile) splits the bill: the covered share is invoiced to the insurance provider, the rest to the employee. Invoices are created in Finance → Accounts Receivable and posted to the General Ledger (Dr A/R, Cr Revenue).

Manage the list of site / work locations shown in the Medical Profile form.

Create the list of health insurance companies. They are offered in the Health Insurance Provider field of the Medical Profile and in Health Billing; their contact details are copied to the insurer's finance customer when an insurance invoice is first created.

Assign company users as medical-visit performers. The list below feeds the Performed By / Provider Name / Administered By dropdowns used across the Health tabs.

Control which tabs each user can see and whether they can use the Medical Visit tickbox column. Users not listed here see all tabs by default; the visit tickbox is hidden unless enabled.
