Platform Settings
Manage the public app distributed to users.
Site Branding & App Images
Images used across the site and the mobile app (app promo image, site favicon, site logo). Stored at platform_settings/branding.
Messaging App (Flash) Logo
App icon shown on the phone's home screen for the Flash messaging app (Dreamex Chat). Stored at platform_settings/branding.
Square image recommended (e.g. 512x512+). This becomes the phone home-screen icon after the next app rebuild.
Orange SMS API (Platform)
Credentials used by the site to send SMS via Orange (Guinea / Africa). Stored at platform_settings/orangeSms.
Optional — used when Client ID/Secret are not set.
WhatsApp (Platform)
Choose Meta Cloud API (free tier, requires templates for SMB) or 360dialog (BSP — sandbox available with API key, easier flow). Stored at platform_settings/whatsapp.
Cloudflare Turnstile (Login Verification)
Credentials for the security check shown on the sign-in modal (index.html). Stored at platform_settings/cloudflare. The Secret Key is used server-side only, never sent to the browser.
Public — must also match the sitekey hardcoded in index.html.
Used by verifyTurnstileToken to check tokens with Cloudflare — kept server-side.
Reference only, not used by the verification function.
Admin Access
Users listed here (and enabled) see the Admin Login button in the site header and can sign in to this portal with their own account. Helpdesk is a separate permission: it shows the Helpdesk button on the site header and opens helpdesk.html (support case management) — it works even when Enabled (portal access) is off. Stored at platform_settings/adminAccess.

E-Signature Cost Savings vs. commercial e-signature services
Every electronically signed/approved document on the platform would have cost a per-envelope fee with a commercial e-signature provider. The platform's built-in digital signature has zero marginal cost. Prices are editable estimates (USD per envelope, typical published business-plan effective rates).
