Approval Flow Settings
Configure who approves gate pass requests. Add approval levels and assign each level to a specific user, a job title, a relative level (line manager), or a department responsible/director.
Notifications
Choose whether email/in-app notifications are sent for gate pass workflow events.

Upload a stamp image that will be displayed at the bottom of the gate pass details modal.

Scan Access — Terminal Names
Each device that records scans or gate movements gets its own Terminal ID (devices on the same network share one public IP, so the IP alone cannot tell them apart). Open this page on each gate device, click "Use Current" and give it a friendly name — it will be shown in the Terminal column.
